All-on-Four Concept

The “All-on-Four” treatment concept was developed to maximise the use of available remaining bone volume in shrunken jaws, allowing immediate function and avoiding complex bone regenerative procedures that increases both, the treatment costs and patient morbidity, as well as the complications inherent to these procedures. This involves placement of front two implants which are straight and parallel to each other whereas the back two implants are positioned at a considerable angle to maximise bone contact ,use longer implants and avoid important anatomic structures from getting invaded. At Smile Matters, we believe that ‘Less is More’ and so we can provide minimalistic treatment options like 'All-on-Four' for people who have poor bone volumes and yet wish to have fixed teeth.
